Blizzard’s official StarCraft page appears in search results with Dominion recruitment language and a “Defend Mankind” presentation. That shows the site’s framing, not the new protagonist’s allegiance.

New-game status
Blizzard's announcement confirms the title, genre, Koprulu setting, and Spring 2030 target. It does not state that the player is a Dominion Marine, soldier, recruit, or operative. Do not treat “Dominion” as the game's title.
What remains unknown
Blizzard has not announced the protagonist’s faction, military role, chain of command, or mission context.
