Builds and beta changes

The Meta Builds page has a 21-point build for every DPS, healer and tank spec at level 30, the beta's cap since October 1, with priorities, stats and consumables. The builds come from Icy Veins' level-30 guides and were checked against the October 1 talent trees. Every build opens in the planner.

There are no level-60 recommendations yet: the trees still change every beta build, and a full 51-point build now would be a guess. The planner has every talent from the October 1 build, so you can work out your own and share the link. Each build says which build and date it was checked against.
