A sealed project in the mountains
Stella Montis is a vast research facility carved into the mountains north of the Rust Belt. Its size suggests a project far larger than an ordinary laboratory.
The last occupants appear to have sealed the complex away from the outside world. Surviving messages and quest discoveries point toward internal tension, Mantikor security and the mysterious Project Heartwood.
Unlike the open maps, Stella Montis is defined by interiors, vertical levels, service corridors, archives, research wings and robotic test spaces.
