Sequences
Sequence Mode and Rotation Helper
CRB has two ways to play. In Sequence Mode you follow an authored sequence that CRB tracks for you. In the Rotation Helper, CRB's priority lists choose the next spell. You press your normal ability key either way.
Built in
Rotation Helper
CRB evaluates your character and the fight and recommends the best ability to use next. Every class and talent tree has priority lists, and the card walks down the list to the first spell you can use now. They change as Forever does, and each one is marked Testing until it is checked in the game.

Sequence Mode
A sequence is a list of spells in the order you want them, built from blocks in the editor. CRB tracks where you are in it and shows the current and upcoming action. You can share one as a short !CRB! text.
What a sequence looks like
A sequence is not a pasted macro string. It is a list of blocks, each with its own options. This example only illustrates the layout; it is not an official CRB sequence.
The block types are Spell, Cast Sequence, Repeat Group and Condition. Details are in the guide.
Example sequence
3 blocksIllustration- Spell: Fireball
One spell. CRB shows it as the current action, and you cast it with your normal key.
- Condition: only in combat
Holds one or more blocks. The blocks inside only count when the condition is true. It does not change the order of the list.
- Cast Sequence: three spells
A numbered list of spells taken one step at a time, in order.
Official sequences
CRB does not ship a library of official sequences yet. What the addon ships is the set of priority lists you can browse under Rotations. When official sequences exist, this is where they will be listed, marked apart from anything players make.
Which one should I use?
Choose Sequence Mode if you want a predictable, authored path through your rotation. Choose the Rotation Helper if you want CRB to react to the fight as it happens. Either way CRB only recommends: it never presses a key or casts a spell for you. The whole list of limits is in the guide.
