What you can do, according to Rockstar
Rockstar has not published a mission, heist or side activity list. Its edition descriptions, region text and screenshots do name a range of things to do, collected here with where each one comes from.
Most of the detail comes from the Ultimate Edition descriptions, which Rockstar says are threaded through the story, so they show what exists in the game. They do not show how much of it the base game shares, or how long any activity lasts.
Where the source is only a screenshot, the row is marked Shown. The grouping and wording are ours.
Official means Rockstar says it in text. Shown means it appears in a screenshot without Rockstar describing it. Anything missing from the table has not been announced.
